Common questions
Does it filter or chill water?
It heats drinking water on demand. Fill it with suitable purified water; it does not include water filtration or refrigeration.
Does three seconds mean a full cup is ready?
It refers to the start of hot-water delivery under test conditions. Filling a cup takes longer and depends on the selected temperature and volume.
Can I adjust the temperature?
Yes. Use the presets or adjust the temperature in 1°C increments within the supported 45–90°C range.
Can I remove the tank for filling?
Yes. The 3L tank is removable, and the drip tray can also be removed for cleaning.
Does it connect to a phone?
This model uses its onboard controls and does not require a phone or app.
